May I delight myself in You, knowing that You will give me the desires of my heart.
I desire to put bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor and evil away from me with all malice. May kindness, tenderheartedness and forgiveness characterize me, just as they do You and Your Son Jesus Christ.
Let me always be confident in approaching You, remembering that You hear my prayers when I ask in accord with Your will. May I always pray this way, with confidence.
May I always love You with all my heart, with all my soul, with all my mind, and with all my strength and love my neighbor as myself. Keep me aware that there is no greater command than this.

May I delight myself in You, knowing that You will give me the desires of my heart.
I trust in You with all my heart, and lean not on my own understanding. I acknowledge You in all my ways. Please direct my paths.
Help me always to have a gentle answer that turns away wrath, keeping me from harsh words that stir up anger.
Grant that I remember often Your deep and abiding love for me, knowing that I will ultimately be victorious spiritually because Christ died for me.
